Paul Colletti is an ABMP-certified Massage Therapist and has practiced massage therapy since 1993 in Vermont. A graduate from the NJ School of Massage, Paul has furthered his massage skills through continuing education in deep tissue therapy, sports massage, acupressure, reiki, polarity therapy and cranio-sacral therapy. A massage session typically draws upon each of these modalities to bring about relaxation, pain relief, reduced emotional stress, easing of muscle tension and stiffness, boosted immune system functioning and a greater sense of well-being and self awareness. Clients have appreciated the presence and sensitivity Paul brings to his bodywork. He looks forward to being a partner with you in good health and wellness.

Tamaki Sakurai joined Peace of Mind Emporium after graduating with Honors from the Massage Therapy Program at McIntosh College in New Hampshire. She is a member of the AMTA, has earned high praise from her instructors and clients, and has received exceptional reviews from her Peace of Mind Emporium clients. Tamaki is determined to apply her skills with compassion, professionalism and help each client find some relief to their stresses and strains. She brings enthusiasm, great skill and innate intuitive ability to her practice. In March 2008 Tamaki achieved her national Massage Therapy Certification through the NCBTMB.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the nervous system. By complementing the body's natural healing, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster the immune system, relieve pain and chronic illness symptoms, nervous system dysfunctions, and more. A Cranio-Sacral Therapy Session is 60 - 90 Minutes.

Our senior massage therapist, Paul Colletti, will demonstrate and discuss the art of shared relaxation through massage. Learn how to create a soothing atmosphere, practice massage stroke techniques, relieve aches and pains, give and receive, and position for optimum relaxation and comfort. Each partner will have equal time giving and receiving massage. A hands on experience for you. One and a half hour class is scheduled at a time convenient to the participants. Class is held in a private massage room at Peace of Mind Emporium.
